About This Project
An 800 sq ft detached ADU in Del Mar. The lot was tight, and the build required heavy structural engineering. Part of the existing structure was kept in place according to the approved plans.
Permits went through the City of Del Mar. The city’s review is detailed and strict, so every step must be organized to stay in compliance. The owner did not need to deal with the permitting authorities. That is our job.
The owner gave us good reviews during construction and after completion.
