DESIGN, ARCHITECTURE, ENGINEERING
At this stage, the architect completes their part and hands over the project to the engineer. We maintain constant communication with both to ensure the process is seamless and every detail is addressed, bringing your vision to life on paper.
PERMITS
Once your idea is brought to paper and approved by you, it’s submitted to the relevant department. While you ENJOY the life, we handle any corrections, approvals, and changes, and finally inform you with pride that your plans are ready to become a physical reality—you’re ready to build!
ACTION! BUILD, REMODEL, MANAGE
With plans in hand, preliminary calculations complete, and the contract signed, we’re ready to build. This is the part we truly ENJOY – bringing your vision to life with dedication and enthusiasm.
